Philips Norelco Cool Skin 6716X, Power Cord, Head, Door & HQ170 Nivea Gel 5 Pack.  The power cord outside layer is breaking away and deteriorated the inner coverings on the wires are fine I plugged it in and tested it and not producing any electrical current outside of the protective layer at this time.  The other two pieces were removed from a non-working unit and we're cleaned up but probably need a little bit more and the gel is new in the package and the case seems to be pretty clean
